Rev. Oliver is Vice Present of Universal Peace Federation (USA), leading interfaith and interracial initiatives. He is also President of National Faith Based Empowerment Coalition, where he works with faith leaders and investors on developing opportunity zones. He also works with Black Leadership for Moral Values and Development in upholding family values and faith traditions to strengthen America. From 2008-16, Rev. Oliver was the Senior Pastor at Washington DC Family Ministries. From 2001-05, he was National Director of Family Federation for World Peace in Grenada. He also co-directed the world tour of a character education program titled “The Lasting Love Conference”.
