Mr. Simonds is the owner and Director of Career Journeys, an organization he founded in 2017 which provides employment services to people with disabilities. For the past 11 years, Scott has been providing services to people with intellectual disabilities, with brain injuries, and in substance abuse recovery. He was a Residential Manager and Employment Specialist for Creative Work Systems before starting his own agency. Scott is a Harris Fellow with Rotary International, and is currently studying Public Health at the University of Southern Maine to be further engaged in public policy.
